spiral glyph
Description
A precise, spiraling carving cut deep into ancient rock. The glyphs are written in a language unknown to the six races that arrived during the World Storm.
Tactical Utility
In Furigos, the glyphs are part of a mechanical lock system that responds to blood.
Current Condition
Found cut into mud-choked rocks, tunnel walls, and submerged stone columns across Almanus, Drakengard, Ormagas, and Furigos.
Faction Significance
The glyphs are found at the landing sites of all major factions. Empress Ilfandira's scholars believe they predate their civilizations, and Emperor Migis uses them to receive commands.
Powers And Properties
The glyphs can pulse with violet light or cold violet phosphor. When blood seeps into channels near the glyphs at Furigos, they trigger mechanical alignments in bronze rings.
Void Corruption Level
The glyphs frequently flare with violet light, the same color as the sky-rift.
